Hello, Saw your question on one of my post.
Are you referring to downloading Episode 13 with Eng Subs or just looking for the subtitle file itself? From my personal experience, downloading a drama with Eng sub is near impossible. You can instead download the torrent of Episode 13 and the subtitle files separately from two different sites, and then ‘join’ them together. To download the torrent, you may wish to try D-Addicts. They usually upload the torrent a few hours after the episodes have been broadcasted. On the other hand, getting the subtitle files is a lot harder. You can try http://withs2.com or another site (which I can’t seem to remember the URL!) but it will take some time before the full QC-ed subs are made available. Usually these sites may upload subs that have not undergone QC, and I can tell you, it’s as good as not having subs at all.
So my recommendation, watch the drama online from the following sites. Dramas are always subbed within at least 3 days (varies between sites) from the time it’s broadcasted. Otherwise, you can follow my route, download torrent, watch drama without subs (like a boss, heh), and then the next day, scramble through Dramabean’s posts to have a clearer understanding of the whole episode. Although I must say, watching drama like that is slowly losing its appeal. I think I enjoy watching drama more, when I watch it online with proper subs, or when I purchase the DVD itself. But to each his own.

Since most people are wondering the same thing, I thought I’ll just post my response for everyone’s reference. I don’t think I can fit the entire explanation on the ask box without having to split it into 3-4 parts. If anyone else have any suggestion, do advise. =)
